Meeting tags
Anyone present may sense a divine leading to share a brief message for others to reflect on. The Gathering. We are members of the Religious Society of Friends Quakers in the "unprogrammed" tradition. If you are not vaccinated including children please wear a mask and maintain social distance; if you are vaccinated but prefer masking, that's okay too. We meet at 10am on Sundays.
We use some words in very specific ways, and it can get confusing. Childcare provided!

Eastside Friends Meeting. Like many things, Quakerism has its own language.

However, if you would rather continue to worship with us via Zoom, we are making our meetings hybrid. We worship in silence, knowing that the Spirit of God is among us. Land Acknowledgment. A camera will be in the worship room to bring our online Friends into the gathering.
After a short break, we usually for "second hour" -- discussion, education, fellowship, and of course committee meetings. Come and us at the meetinghouse in our cherished woods, if you're in the area! We are so delighted and grateful to be resuming Meeting for Worship in-person beginning July 4.
